Very convenient location. The mini bus from Sai Tai Mai (Southern Bus Station) stops at the top of the soi, cost 160 baht.Checked in a bit early but that was no problem. The beach is 50 metres away and there is a 7/11 convenience store only 3 minutes walk away.Wednesday is beach cleaning day and therefore no deckchair/ umbrellas are allowed.There are many bars in the same soi but the noise did not affect me. My room was on the 2nd floor next to the swimming pool.The bars don't liven up til 6pm. In the daytime it is very quiet. I went in November the start of peak season. I feel there are too many bars for such a small town/city.It is not far from Hua Hin which can be accessed in 30 minutes.To return to Bangkok there is a minibus office at the top of the soi. The vans run every hour or two and a waiting room is provided.

I reviewed this hotel before. It is close to the beach, and close to many bars and restaurants.The renovations are completed. There is now a swimming pool.The price for a small room is 600 baht, the larger rooms are 800 baht.The rooms on the bar strip side can be noisy at night, but still reasonable.Towels, soap and water are provided, and there is a fridge in the room. Wifi in room as well.The people are generally friendly, but it helps if you can speak Thai.

Located in soi bus stop, amongst the bars. Friendly staff. Has a small pool, aome rooms have balconies that go straight to pool A few minutes walk to the beach . Comfy beds. Have room.safes but charge 100 b a day ? Will stay again. Great location.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 4 nights, we are backpacking so just wanted to chill somewhere for a few days, really lovely hotel- staff are friendly, everything's clean, central location right by the beach with lots of bars and restaurants around- which aren't too noisy, it didn't effect us in our room as we were on the second floor by the pool. You can also rent a motorbike from them for 200 baht which is reasonable, as long as you bring it back filled up with petrol which costs around 30-40 baht. Wifi is also free and very good. We had a lovely, chilled stay. If we're ever in Hua Hin again we will definitely return to this hotel.
